Aletheum is a truth-anchored, people-first consultancy based in Papua New Guinea. We help communities and institutions act with clarity and courage — seeing systems and people as they really are, not as outsiders assume them to be.

Papua New Guinean communities are among the most adaptive societies on earth. What's often missing is not resilience but cohesion — the honesty, transparency, and mutual accountability that allow people to act for the common good. Aletheum works to restore that cohesion: through consulting, training, project management, and education, we help truth, trust, and cooperation become the next step that makes sense.
